Those look AMAZING. My question is, how do you not eat them all? Too bad I couldn't make just one!! Next time I go to a party or a family get together I'm going to try the recipe. Thanks for sharing.

This might be a dumb question, but how much do you put into each muffin liner? About 1 TBSP?

These look great, and seem like they'd be the perfect little chocolate/crunchy/gooey treat. Yum!

Like I said in the video, just put in even amounts. Eyeball it into 24 portions.

I can't watch this right now...I'm having a 'I'd like to eat everything that doesn't move' night...and I'm out of points. I just know if I watch this I'll be forced to eat something chocolate! I will, however, be viewing it tomorrow when I'm stronger!

OK....today is another day and I was able to view your vid and I loved it!! I am so going to make these! I have a bad habit of seeing something and changing it before I even try the original! I'm already thinking ok...I'll use a scoop so they'll all be even and a silpat sheet so I don't need cupcake liners...and then of course I'm thinking hmmmmm wonder if I could use fiber one instead of graham crackers! lol I'm hopeless!

Thank you so much for sharing things like this Heather...it really helps a lot. I also love to hear that you've lost 80 pounds and kept it off for 7.5 years at the beginning of each one. Yep I sure do! Keep up the great work as I for one appreciate it!!!

Debby, make some of each (crackers and cereal) so you can do a taste test. Then let us know which one "wins"!

I tried it with a silpat originally & it was just too messy. They don't "stick" together well. That's why I resorted to liners. Oh, and the liners keep them from becoming a "blob" once you store them. I need that portion control, or I'd eat the whole blob! lol

Awesome Heather -

Your site has been a blessing. How well do you think that these would freeze?

I just made a batch, but 23 laying around in the fridge everytime I opened it is not the best option for me!!!

I think I'll try some in the freezer and let you know!

Thanks again, and keep them coming!

Stephanie, they should be FINE frozen. I freeze the haystack cookies, and have never had any issues. What if you cut the recipe in half next time? Or just make 1/4 of a batch.

I've eaten two of them today just because they're THERE. Ugggg. We've got company coming into town, so I better stay out of them or there won't be any left. lol

Heather,

I love your presentation and of course I love smores so I will have to try this recipe soon. Thanks you.

Hope I get into your area sometime so I can catch one of your WW meetings. I think I really would enjoy it.

Um, yeah, I made these yesterday & ate 3!!! Sooo good! Luckily I wasn't out of points, but STILL! They are going into the freezer like the haystack cookies. Great tip, ladies!

Thanks, Lou! They are TOO good if you ask me. Pop into one of my meetings any time.

Beth, we made them to have a sweet little treat while company was in town, they didn't even last until company arrived. I had just three of them total. The other 21......? Who knows.
